Getting buff

This picture was posted on the crossfitdraper.com blog yesterday. This is obviously not the most flattering picture of me, but i am proud of it! This is me doing thrusters for the first time. Not my favorite because they involve squats and I hate squats.
I just thought I would show you guys how buff I am getting :) I feel like I am starting to actually progress. Even though I hate working out and I don't want to go every time we go, I am starting to feel good after, not like I am going to die, which is definitely good :)

Good job babe! For anyone that doesn't know what a thruster is, she would squat holding like in the picture and then stand up and press it overhead! Pretty impressive...

Its 43 pounds, not very much but It was my first time ever doing them. The 10 pound weights are big so even though its not a lot of weight it looks like it.
