Happy 6 Month Anniversary to us!

Friday was Josh and my 6th month anniversary from our first date!

Our First date was on November 15, 2008! It was a blind date, set up by my relief society president and Josh's mom. We both weren't very excited about it, because I was really sick of dating because the last few dates I had been on were awful and most of them were blind dates and Josh just didn't trust him moms judgment :) But don't worry we are both very happy we went. Our first date was supposed to be on November 8th but I had to back out because Brinlee was born that day, and I am glad it didn't work out that day because it was supposed to be a double date and I just don't think our first date would of been as good that way!

I am always nervous for first dates but I was extra nervous for this one. But once I opened the door and we saw each other, I think we were both very relieved! It was a great first date and the great dates haven't ended!

Josh picked me up after work on Friday and we took the boat out on the lake for a few hours with Josh's sister and niece.

I got some lessons on how to drive a boat!


I wasn't the only who got lessons!

After boating I went home and changed and then Josh and I made dinner.
We grilled some steaks, asparagus, and red peppers (for him), risotto, and I made my special sauteed mushrooms! It was yummy!


After dinner we went on a bike ride around Josh's neighborhood on my new bike!

I am so spoiled!


I get married in 2 months from today! and I could not be anymore excited to be with Josh for time and all eternity!

I love you Josh. Thank you for the best 6 months of my life so far and promising to make the rest of my life as wonderful!

... to all the Mothers I know and love!

I can't wait until its my turn to be a mom, I just hope I can be even half as good of a mom that my mom was to me. I definitely have a lot of good examples of wonderful mothers in my life! Thank you! I love you!

I can't wait.....

In less then 9 hours, I have my Physiology Final, I can't wait to get a break from School, Right now I am learning the primary response of the body to an antigen. I will probably be up most of the night. I wish I could just absorb all the information and REMEMBER it, not have to relearn it before every test. I know that its mostly my fault and I definitely have to step it up for nursing school. Please pray that I get a good grade on this test, because I will most definitely go insane if I don't, and no one wants that.

I can't wait to not have school to worry about so I can get going on planning this wedding, I AM RUNNING OUT OF TIME! Let the fun begin!

I can't wait to get stuff done. Important stuff and fun stuff! Like take pictures again, I want to take pictures of all my nieces and nephews (don't worry Nicole, I haven't forgotten about Trace I have just been busy and I will call you on Friday about taking his pictures) I love my family and I hope they all know that!

I can't wait to get a new cell phone so I don't have to deal with the stupid one I have now.

I can't wait to have a house. (Even though I will miss Megan, Dave and Brinlee so much, and will probably visit everyday) I am just excited to have a house and decorate it and everything, even though I will probably regret ever wanting one once I own it, but I think I have a pretty good idea of what its like since Megan and I owned our own house alone for about a year after my mom died, and I lived alone here while Megan and Dave lived in California a few summers ago.

I can't wait to have wonderful in laws. I think I have already said this but I am very BLESSED when it comes to the family that I am marring in to. They are wonderful and I just hope that I can show them how much they mean to me and how much I appreciate them.

I can't wait for grades to be up so I know that I passed ALL of my classes.

I can't wait to marry my WONDERFUL fiance. He is amazing. I hate leaving him every night. And even though most people make it a point to tell us how horrible marriage is and how we will hate each other. I know that Josh and I will make it and keep loving each other forever. And even though everyone says the first year is the hardest year, It will be VERY worth it. I love you Josh.

I can't wait to sleep on this weekend... Oh yeah, I don't get to :(

Busy Busy Busy!

Life will be so much better once school is over, but the next 2 weeks are going to be awful. 2 Classes done, 2 finals and 1 pre-final to go. UGH. My Chem Final I am not real worried about, But My Phys pre-final and final are probably going to be the death of me. Ugh its probably not a good thing when thinking about school makes you sick to your stomach, huh? Will it ever end? Will I ever be a cute little nurse? UGH

I have my bridals tomorrow... Yay... I had horrible last week; getting sick, having really chapped lips, breaking out with the worst zits ever, and thinking that I wasn't going to get my veil finished... But I am feeling better, I kept myself very hydrated and my lips are normal, my zits are almost cleared up and my wonderful friend Whitney cam up on Saturday and helped me with my veil... and it looks awesome! I am really Nervous for my Bridals... but hopefully everything works out and I can remember to smile pretty!

I meet with the cake lady on Saturday, Josh and I just need to figure out what flavor we want. That will be good to have that taken care of.

Well thats my life right now... Hopefully it will get more interesting after finals!
