Today is the 3 year mark of my mom passing away. I don't know why but this last month has been harder then usual, which I didn't think It could get harder. I miss her a lot. I just wanted to share my favorite pictures of her, she was such an amazing person.

The results are in.....
...and i have been diagnosed with Celiac Disease
It is definitely going to suck living gluten free for the rest of my life, but it sure is nice to not have my stomach hurt everyday.
The things i am going to miss most....
* normal full of gluten Brownies
* Paradise Bakery Cookies
* Gravy
* Cafe Rio (i don't know if i really can't have it or not yet, but i am pretty upset about it)
There are alot more, but there are alot of good alternatives.
I have to go to a Gastroenterologist in the next couple weeks and i will most likely have to get an endoscope, then they will do a biopsy on my intestines to see how much damage I caused myself. On a website it said that it could take up to 2 years for my intestines to fully heal themselves, but the good news is that they can be fully healed!
